Neck & Shoulder Yoga Relief: A Fundraiser for the Library

In this workshop, we will work through a sequence of yoga asana to help bring support, relief, and ease to the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Whether it be from hours of reading or scrolling on your phone learn how to open up and support the upper body to bring about and better posture, a sharper mind, and a more free breath.

Why: This is a yoga fund-raiser for the Friends of the Dover Public Library. A big renovation is underway thanks to the City of Dover. Money is still needed for custom-shelving, library furniture for library patrons, and the enlarged children's room.

$30 Donation. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Dover Public Library in completing their essential renovations. If you are unable to attend the event, you may donate anytime at: FriendsOfTheDoverLibrary.org
