Clear the Shelters - Everyday Adoption Center, Dover PetSmart

Clear The Shelters is back for its 11th annual pet adoption and donation campaign! Led by NBCUniversal Local and sponsored by Hill's Pet Nutrition, Clear The Shelters has helped more than 1 million animals find furever homes.

We’re closing out the initiative on Sep. 6 with waived fees on all animals at the following locations: West Chester, Plymouth Meeting PetSmart EAC, New Castle, Dover, Dover PetSmart EAC, Georgetown, ARC, and AAC in New Jersey. All puppies, kittens, dogs and cats will have no adoption fee, thanks in part to the ASPCA Rescue Effect campaign.
