The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) invites all interested parties to participate in the development of the States next six-year Capital Transportation Program (CTP) for Fiscal Years 2027 to 2032 by attending the public meetings listed below. These meetings are jointly sponsored by the Council on Transportation and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) with support from the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), Dover/Kent County MPO, and Sussex County.
