Art and Wellness at the Biggs: Yoga in the Galleries

Start your day with mindfulness and movement in a truly inspiring setting! Join us for Morning Yoga in the Gallery at The Biggs Museum, where you'll flow through a gentle yoga session surrounded by stunning works of art. This all-levels class invites you to stretch, breathe, and find balance in a serene, creative environment. This session will be led by a local certified instructor.
