108 Sun Salutations Food Drive

This is a free community centered event being offered by teachers and studios across the globe 🥘🌏
108 Sun Salutations will be offered in blocks of 27 with a brief break in between segments allowing practitioners of all levels to take part in this transformative experience. It will take approximately 2 hours, and there will be snacks afterward!
Please pre-register to reserve your space for free, and bring in some non-perishable food items on January 3rd to be donated to New Hope Ministries in Dover, PA. 🙏
