3 hours of instruction time covering the science of Sourdough and demonstrations of preparing an artisan boule from start to finish!
Freshly baked sourdough snacks!
All materials needed for this gathering!
Dough in different stages of fermentation to demonstrate and allow hands on practice!
Each guest will receive..
A jar of Sandra— my robust, 100 year old starter, A bread proofing banneton with liner, A stainless steel dough whisk, A bread lame for scoring, Flour sifter for dusting, A bench scraper, a rose gold tote to hold it all, A freshly mixed dough to work while in class to bring home & finish, My foolproof Artisan Boule Recipe, and instructions for feeding!

Keep your starter healthy and thriving, mix your dough, tension, stretch and fold, correctly ferment, shape, score beautiful designs, & confidently bake your very own artisan sourdough bread!
