Saugatuck Second Line Mardi Gras Pub Crawl

The Saugatuck Second Line is an annual brass band parade & Mardi Gras Pub Crawl through downtown Saugatuck’s favorite pubs and watering holes. It celebrates cultural traditions of New Orleans through our Midwestern lens. You’re invited to join in the experience, walking or dancing in the “second line” following the band, sharing smiles and laughs as we look forward to the seasons ahead. Dress for the occasion, twirl parasols and wave handkerchiefs, or come as you are.

The Parade Route:

It’s a walking brass-band pub crawl, so times are definitely approximate. Start anywhere you like, and we look forward to dancing in the streets!

3 pm: Official Start Time
3:30 – 4:00 Wally’s (Departing at 4 pm)
4:15 – 4:30: Phil’s
4:35 – 4:50: Sand Bar
5:00 – 5:15: The Butler
5:20 – 5:35: Wick’s Park
6:00: Arrive at The Southerner
7:30 pm Post-dinner GLB set at The Southerner
