𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗦𝗪𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
1. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
They support daily living activities, from bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, to safe mobility and feeding.
2. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
They observe and report health changes, assist with medication reminders, and help track vital signs, always under the right supervision.
3. 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
Light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and creating a safe, comfortable environment are part of their daily duties.
4. 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 & 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁
Our PSWs are trained to be companions, listening, encouraging, and even accompanying clients to appointments or community events.
5. 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
They act as bridges between clients, families, and health professionals, always with respect for privacy, dignity, and culture.
6. 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 & 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
From recognizing signs of abuse to responding in emergencies, they’re trained to put safety first.
