QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer — it’s like CPR, but for mental health. In just two hours, you’ll learn the three simple, life-saving steps to:

✔ Recognize the warning signs of suicide
✔ Ask direct and compassionate questions
✔ Refer someone at risk to the right help
