Intro to Zines with Beth White

Let’s make a zine! In this workshop we’ll explore zine history, types of zines, talk about where to find zines and how to share them. We’ll also discuss different zine formats from the mini comic to the 4 panel and 1 page accordion - plus what type of content each are good for and how to bind them. Also we’ll spend some time defining what a zine is for those who are new to this amazing medium for sharing ideas, knowledge, and storytelling.

Teens and Adults | $25 for members; $35 for not-yet members
