POUND Rockout Workout - Pounding for suicide prevention and awareness

Join us for this sweat dripping 30 minute workout where we use ripstix to pound out suicide! Help us pound for a purpose and raise money for suicide prevention and awareness. All proceeds will be donated to the event strumming for suicide awareness (sept 20 at the moose lodge in Dorr- I will post their event info) to support their chosen charities 💚 remember, pound is for everybody and you can make this workout to any level or ability. You can even rockout in a chair if you prefer! Just please come support the cause, rockout to some good tunes and meet some amazing people 💚
