Join us for a sweat dripping outdoor class at Bysterveld park! Just look for our POUND Rockout Workout signs! Any Age, Any stage! Any ability & fitness level. Mobility issues? No problem! Bring a chair and rockout seated if you need to. Any movement is movement and you can still ROCKOUT!
Grab a mat and water and meet us in the park! Questions? Shoot me a message or comment. The more the merrier. Let us know how many to expect by marking “going/interest” we have plenty of ripstix so grab your friends/family and let’s have fun!!
