Walk with us to explore the stunning sites and history of Leith Hill and Leith Hill Place with its unique trees and woodlands.
Back on Track is a proud Small Business Supporter for the Surrey Wildlife Trust. Every year we host hikes for the SWT that brings together our passion for nature and hiking. As we care about wildlife and conservation, all proceeds of these events go to the Surrey Wildlife Trust.
This autumn our hike is co-hosted by George Chapman, local Estate Manager of Tanhurst Estate Vineyard located on the southern slopes of Leith Hill. George has a passion for forestry and nature, and shares his vast local knowledge of Leith Hill and its stunning surroundings, its history and properties, and of course the trees and some of the birds and wildlife that frequent the area.
Starting and finishing at the stunning heart of the Tanhurst Vineyard Cafe, this hike will lead us to National Trust Woodlands, the historic Leith Hill Place and grounds with several stunning trees and Leith Hill tower in a circular route back to the Cafe at the Tanhurst Estate for some refreshments.
