Forest bathing - embracing the late autumnal glow

Spend the morning with trees and their last few autumnal leaves following the Japanese Practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing). We will 'meander' rather than walk, notice what we might ordinarily miss and reawaken our senses to explore what we find. Traveling no more than 2km, we will also pause to savour a hot drink and a nourishing home made bake along the way 🙂

Autumn tends to stretch into November these days and is a wonderful time to let go and restore balance before going into winter - you'd be so welcome to join me in this gorgeous ancient woodland 🍂💛☺️
