Cross training Clinic – Kingston Maurward Indoor arena
💜 Saturday 17th January – 10am to 12pm (1 hour sessions)
This clinic is all about confidence, control and connection – not “being taught a lesson”. You’ll walk your horse through a series of fun, gymnastic-style zones designed to improve:
• Proprioception (where their feet are!)
• Accuracy & straightness
• Focus & relaxation
• Trust between horse and rider/handler
We’ll be using things like:
💜 A confidence bridge (front feet / all fours / hind feet)
💜 Wrong-side leading and mounting for real-life flexibility
💜 Pole pathways and a zig-zag pole line for straightness and balance
💜 Cones, corridors & “parking box” for steering, halts and backing up
💜 Optional sideways pole (Working Equitation style) for more advanced combinations
You can work in-hand or ridden (or a mix), depending on what’s best for you and your horse on the day. The aim is that you both go home feeling like you’ve really gained skills and exercises, not just been round in circles.

👥 Small groups of up to 5 - 1 hour session
🦄 Suitable for a range of horses/ponies – from young or green to more established wanting something different.
