This work also invites into the Depths of Shadow Work ~ Confronting fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs in a deeply embodied and playful way. By bringing lightness to the heaviness of our inner world, we create profound breakthroughs and deeper connections with ourselves and others.
WHAT IS THIS TRAINING?
The Somatic Play Facilitator Training is a 4 day in person trauma-informed immersion with the option to accelerate your training with an online business mentorship designed to help you to integrate these teachings into your life and turn them into a successful thriving business that absolutely lights you up to share with your community and the world!
This training draws from somatics, shadow work, embodiment, nervous system work, authentic relating, improv, tantra, creative expression, comedy, ritual theatre and various other forms of personal development that have been blended together to create this unique modality.
Upon completing this training you will be able to coach and/or facilitate client sessions and lead and facilitate groups using our methodologies, practices, games and tools.
WHAT WE WILL COVER:
- Trauma-Informed Facilitation Skills so you can confidently lead experiences where your participants feel supported and you feel confident, knowing you have the tools to navigate sensitive moments and prevent the risk of re-traumatisation.
- Nervous System Tools, Somatic and Co-regulation Practices - integrate them into your sessions and events in a way that nurtures your client’s, participant’s and team’s nervous systems - promoting safety, connection, and engagement.
- Guiding Play as a Nervous System Regulation Practice by harnessing the nueroscience of play and understanding how play regulates the NS ultimately creating a greater sense of safety, belonging, connection, freedom of expression and creativity.
- Facilitate Transformational Play and Connection - Learn to lead transformative experiences and create inclusive spaces where laughter fosters deep connection, turning fear into courage and disconnection into belonging.
- Embodied Expression Games - Learn to facilitate games that support vulnerable and full self-expression, helping people feel seen, heard, and known and fully free to be their most authentic selves.
- Express yourself Authentically as a Leader where you allow yourself to be seen for you and your humanity. Feel more connected and become more relatable and approachable to your clients and participants.
