Noon Years Eve

Welcome in the New Year with music, keepsake crafts, and a huge balloon drop when the clock strikes noon!

On December 31st, at 11:00 AM, the Doniphan-Ripley County Library will be holding a Noon Years Eve Event for children!
🎈🎈🎈
Instead of children having to stay up until midnight to be a part of the traditional count down to the New Year, we will be counting down to 12:00 PM, a time when everyone can be together and celebrate without disrupting children’s sleep schedules.
