About the event

Carnamah Women’s Social Group: Working With Anxiety

Join us for an evening together focused on practical strategies to help manage anxiety in everyday life. We’ll also enjoy some smashed balloon painting to unwind and express yourself.

New women are always welcome! Please bring a plate to share, and a mat or pillow to sit or lie on for some meditation.
