A tea party to commemorate VE/VJ day and the freedoms we enjoy.
You're warmly invited to a special community Tea Party at Cast, commemorating 80 years since VE/VJ Day.
Join us on Saturday 30 August, from 12:00–3:00 PM, as we celebrate our shared freedom and humanity with people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures from across Doncaster.
This free event promises an afternoon of remembrance, creativity, and connection — but booking is essential. Click the WATCH NOW button to book.
What to expect:
A short performance specially created for the event by Doncaster People’s Theatre
Live drumming from our Citizens of the World drumming group
