Meditation & sound bath: let calm sounds wash away stress
What to Expect:
When you join a Sound Bath at The Burrow Auckley, you don’t need any prior experience, just an open mind and willingness to pause for yourself. All you need to bring is blankets for comfort and a bottle of water.
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you ‘bathe’ in the healing vibrations of sound. Instead of water, the waves come from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.
The vibrations gently wash over your body and mind, helping to release stress, calm busy thoughts and restore balance.
Expect to feel lighter, calmer and more centred, ready to step back into daily life with more ease.
