Moon Circle

We will create our own dream catchers with intention, share a simple releasing ritual through fire, and spend time reflecting under the moon. Weather permitting, there will be the opportunity to look at the moon and stars through a telescope.
A calm, creative evening to let go, dream big and feel held with a beautiful sound healing session 🌙

Herbal tea and guided journaling included

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you ‘bathe’ in the healing vibrations of sound. Instead of water, the waves come from instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.

The vibrations gently wash over your body and mind, helping to release stress, calm busy thoughts and restore balance.
