9th Doncaster Scout Group’s Christmas Fair

We’re excited to welcome you to our next Christmas Fair!

We’re on the look out for small businesses to have stalls and sell their wares at our Fair.

We’ll also have tea, coffee and cakes, a tombola, burgers and sausages from our BBQ and our annual Christmas raffle! Santa will be joining us in our grotto!

If you would like a stall at one Christmas Fair, please email dHJlYXN1cmVyICEgOXRoZG9uY2FzdGVyc2NvdXRzIHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20= with an outline of your business. If successful, payment will be a non refundable £20 deposit to secure the table and a prize for our raffle on the day.

Please do not take it to heart if we say no to your stall, we try not to duplicate stalls so that everyone has a fair share of selling items.

We are also looking for donations of raffle prizes and/or bottles for our bottle tombola.
