Saturday is 5k Your Way Day! �

Where: Sandall Park parkrun

Join us at various 5KYW meet-ups across the UK and Ireland for a cancer support group like no other!

Walk, cheer, run, or volunteer at a linked parkrun to show your support for the cancer community.

Look for blue tops and meeting point flags to be ready for a 9 am (9:30 am for Ireland) �

After, socialise over some yummy coffee and cake – everyone is welcome!
