Join us on Wednesdays for our 9-week Beyond Basics - wheel-throwing pottery course at Adamah Art Studios!
Wednesdays – October 8 to December 17
For those with some wheel experience. Each project builds on your throwing and assembly skills, from functional teapots to birdfeeders, lidded containers, and vases. Learn advanced forms, trimming, and glazing techniques while exploring functional pottery.
Your class fee covers: 9 Wednesday night sessions (see dates below), one 25 lb. bag of DSM clay, firing for up to 9 finished pieces, and complimentary access to Open Studio hours for extra practice.
Ages 14+ (minors must attend with an adult)

Oct 8 - Throw teapot parts
Oct 15 - Assemble & decorate teapot
Oct 22 - Throw birdfeeder parts, glaze teapot
Oct 29 - Glaze birdfeeder, throw lidded container body
Nov 5 - Throw body of lidded container
Nov 19 - Glaze lidded containers
Dec 3 - Throw vase
Dec 10 - Assemble vase sculpture
Dec 17 - Glaze vases
Additional Visit: One visit is required post-class to pick up your finished work.
