Let Your Emotions Become Part of an Art Installation

In this art workshop, you’ll use the simplest way to paint your emotions — whether it’s joy, sadness, nervousness, or a fleeting moment of excitement, you can leave your own colorful mark on paper.

The session will guide you to slow down, focus on your feelings, and give space for every emotion to be seen and understood.

Finally, all the artworks will be brought together to create a collective emotional installation, turning these fleeting emotions into a unique and lasting piece of art.

Materials Provided:

• Different sizes, colours, and textures of paper
• Standard A4 paper
• Coloured pencils
• Markers
• Scissors, tape, glue, and staplers
• Magazines or newspapers for collage-making
