Grassroots designer Delgado New York will be dressing the models on the runway, while the esteemed A’ D Zine will accessorize looks with her dazzling jewelry. At the bar, indulge in artisanal cocktails hand crafted by the expert mixologists at Clink with Colleen.

Did you know that there is an 80% unemployment rate for people with disabilities? Sleepy Coffee, Too is a nonprofit, inclusive coffee shop and bakery offering solutions to this inequitable reality. We employ 21 individuals with a variety of disabilities, and we have a current waiting list of 93 people! There is such a need for businesses like ours or other established businesses who want to become more inclusive.

Sleepy Coffee, Too, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit business helping to provide on the job industry level training and employment for people with disabilities in an inclusive, self-sustaining cafe workplace. Our aim is to improve the lives of people with disabilities by addressing the high unemployment rate within this community. We strive to create an inclusive, supportive environment where young individuals feel respected, valued, and can genuinely enjoy their work. Through our “Sleepy Coffee, Too After Hours” social and recreation program, we extend that sense of belonging beyond the workplace. Our goal is to build a warm, welcoming space that not only serves the greater community but also highlights the incredible talents and abilities of those we serve. Ultimately, we aim to empower individuals to pursue and succeed in competitive employment, with our guidance and support every step of the way.
