Truffles

This once a year truffle class will teach you the method of making a firm ganache that can be flavored, hand rolled, dipped and decorated to create your very own special Valentine’s Day truffles. You’ll take home all the recipes to recreate these tasty little treats. Nothing says “I love you” like homemade chocolate truffles. Come make your own sampler box to share with a loved one or keep them all to yourself!
