Let’s come together as a community to support Anna Bermudez, a lifelong Dinuba resident, as she bravely battles breast cancer. Your presence and support will mean the world to her!

� Time: 6:00 PM (Doors open at 5:45 PM)
� Location: Ridge Creek Golf Course Event Center
� Prepaid Ticket Required: Reserve Your Spot Here
How to Reserve:
1. Sign in at mysosevent.com.
2. Click RESERVE, select your meal option.
3. Click ADD ANOTHER TICKET for each guest.
4. Include first and last names of all guests to speed up check-in.
5. Modify or cancel reservations until Monday, November 17th at 10:00 AM.

• You don’t need to know Anna to attend—everyone is welcome, including men and families!
• Want to nominate someone for a future HOW Dinner? Attend and submit a nomination form in person.
• Eligibility for Nominees: Must be a woman in our community who, or whose immediate family, has experienced an irreplaceable loss within the last 18 months (not solely financial hardship).
� At the end of the evening, Anna will draw the name of our January recipient. (Note: No dinner in December.)
