Your breath is your greatest tool for balance, calm and well-being - yet most of us spend our days barely aware of it.
This 4-week breathing course offers a gentle and practical introduction to the art of conscious breathing.
Through gentle guided breathing techniques, you will learn how to use your breath to calm your nervous system, ease stress, steady your mind and support you energy and emotional well-being.
Each session includes:
Simple breathing practices you can use at anytime - for example, - when walking the dog
- at the dentist
- sitting on the bus
- when you have a headache
- when you need more energy
No experience is needed - just bring yourself and a willingness to breath
You’ll gain improved sleep and focus and feel calmer, lighter and more grounded in everyday life

* 4-weekly sessions via Zoom on Thursday evenings starting 27th November
* 30 minutes each week (7.30pm-8pm)
* £20 for all 4 sessions
