Breathe, Learn, Grow: A Morning of Mindful Connection for Moms

Join us for a rejuvenating morning designed especially for moms of little ones (ages 0-8). This unique experience blends gentle self-care with practical parenting wisdom, creating space for you to unwind while learning easy ways to support your child's early development.

You'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and connected to a community of like-minded parents who understand the beautiful chaos of raising young children.

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yoga Flow (30 minutes) Led by Nurture Studios owner, Bri Luginbill, this calming yoga session is designed to help you release tension and reconnect with yourself. No experience needed - just come as you are.

📚 Literacy & Learning Workshop (30 minutes) Led by The Literacy Lady, this workshop is designed to empower you with easy ways to build your child’s early literacy skills, including:

• Fun, brain-boosting activities you can weave into everyday routines
• How mindfulness supports your child’s developing brain
• Tips for building a love of books from the very beginning

You’ll leave with free books and parent-friendly strategies that actually fit real life.

☕ Community Connection (30 minutes) And the best part? Connecting with other moms over a warm cup of tea or coffee. Share stories, ask questions, laugh, and build friendships that extend beyond today.

🎁 Take-Home Goodies (30 minutes) You’ll receive a personalized literacy toolkit with conversation starters, book recommendations, simple activity ideas, and yoga cards to enjoy with your child at home.
