Make your own hand built stoneware Ghost & Cat with the Maker Studio hosted by Innovation Station, Dillsboro

Cost: $50
You’ll received a pre slab rolled piece of stoneware clay, which you will then smooth, cut, & shape the piece your very own little ghoul, including cutting the openings for eyes and mouth. Your second piece is an adorable little cat and will involve more sculpting.
The pieces created will then be brought back to my studio for drying and bisque & glaze firing.
What you need to bring to class: smiling faces, and positive attitudes.
What is provided. Instruction, ware boards to shape and manage your clay project. Slab rolled clay, Patterns, tools for smoothing, cutting, finishing and shaping the clay.
Finished glazed projects will be returned to Innovation Station for pick up, within 3/4 weeks of class, allowing time for drying, bisque firing and glazing & glaze firing . Optional, ship them to you (non locals) for an up-charge of $15.
