Is this event really free? Yes, this is a free educational event hosted by Good Neighbor Realty
Do I need to RSVP? Yes, we will rely on RSVPs to accurately plan for food / beverage / seating. Space is limited and we will cap the event if needed.
Do I need to be an experienced investor to attend? No. This workshop is designed for both new and seasoned investors, business owners, high W2 earners and entrepreneurs.
Will food and drinks be provided? Yes, coffee & light Pastries, lunch is included, and we’ll finish with a networking happy hour.
What is for lunch?
We will announce this prior to the event, likely either sandwiches or burritos.
Can I tour the property during the event? Yes, the day begins with a full property tour.
Do I have to stay the whole day?We recommend it, but you’re welcome to attend just the sessions that interest you.
Can I bring my kids?
Due to the nature of this event with ongoing educational sessions, unfortunately this is not the best place for kids.

Our team will meet you at The Mountain West Parking LotMountain House West Parking Lot located at:1202 W Keystone Rd, Keystone, CO 80435
Parking is free during the day
You will take the Yellow Shuttle Route to the Wild Irishman/Sodasprings 1 stop. The shuttle drops off right next to the Sodasprings condo pool, which is directly in front of the house.
Shuttle Schedule:
If you plan to arrive at a different time, you’ll need to request your own shuttle by calling (970) 496-4200. Shuttles typically arrive within 5–10 minutes of your call.
After the event, the shuttle will pick you up from the same stop and return you to the Mountain House West Parking Lot.
