🇩🇪 𝗗𝗘 | Am Sonntag, den 14. September 2025 findet die vierte Auflage des Differdinger Inklusionslaufes, dem sogenannten iRun, statt. Der Startschuss fällt um 14 Uhr beim Hall O Rue Camille Gira L-4624 Oberkorn.
Dieser Lauf ist eine Chance für mehr Vielfalt und Akzeptanz. Ob jung, alt, sportlich ambitioniert, "Just-for-Fun"-Läufer oder Menschen mit Behinderung: Beim iRun kann jeder mitmachen, der Spaß und Freude an Bewegung hat und auf seine individuelle Weise laufen kann. Alles frei nach dem Motto „Gemeinsam aktiv für die gute Sache“ und nach individuellen Tempo.

🇫🇷 𝗙𝗥 | La 4ième édition de la course inclusive de Differdange, appelée iRun, aura lieu le dimanche 14 septembre 2025. Le coup d'envoi sera donné à 14h00 au Hall O Rue Camille Gira L-4624 Oberkorn.
Cette course est une bonne occasion de promouvoir la diversité et l'acceptation. Qu'il s'agisse de jeunes, de moins jeunes, d'ambitieux sportifs, de coureurs "just for fun" ou de personnes à besoins spécifiques : l'iRun est ouverte à tous ceux qui aiment l'exercice physique et qui peuvent courir à leur manière. Le tout librement selon la devise "Bouger ensemble pour la bonne cause" et au rythme de chacun.

🇬🇧 𝗘𝗡 | The 4th edition of Differdange's inclusive race, called iRun, will take place on Sunday 14 September 2025. The kick-off will be at 2 pm at Hall O (rue Camille Gira L-4624 Oberkorn).
This race is a great opportunity to promote diversity and acceptance. Young and old, ambitious athletes, "just for fun" runners and people with disabilities: the iRun is open to anyone who enjoys physical exercise and can run in their own way. It's all free, under the motto: "Running together for a good cause", and at your own pace.
