Hi men, join us to continue your journey or to start your journey with Yoga and other powerful mindfulness practices.

We have been running this program for about 2 years in the Sunshine Coast and more than 200 men have attended it, making massive transformation to their lives, impacting their families and the ones around them.
What's included:
6 x 2.5 hour classes, they include: Yoga Practice, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Journey & Chanting, Sharing Circle, Connection & Community.
Every Wednesday from the 3 September 6:30 pm until 9pm. For 6 weeks.
Who is it for?
✅ Men with no yoga experience, little experience or just starting.
✅ Men who want to perfect their practice.
✅ Men looking at improving health habits, flexibility, relationships, sleep, concentration & focus.
It’s ok if you guys miss a session, however you still need to book for the entire program.
