Slow Stitching

Slow stitching is a mindful, Sustainable, hand sewing practice focusing on the meditative process rather than the final product. Using simple stitches to join fabric scraps and waste materials, it emphasises creativity, relaxation and imperfection without rigid patterns.
Instructions will be given, although there are no rules for stitching in this way.
All materials, thread, fabric, needles etc will be provided mostly from the excesses from our regular Craft Swap events.
Do come and give it a go - it would be helpful to know who is coming but booking is not essential.
It is a free session but donations are always welcome 💚
