If you have a roommate in mind, just let us know at the time of registration. If you need handicap access, (this camp does not have stairs) please also let us know at time of registration so we may assign rooms accordingly. Also let us know if you will be needing help in loading and unloading your items. Now on to the fun parts!
*We will be preparing nonstop before you arrive on . Check-in Wednesday to rooms 10:00 am and check-out of rooms Sunday evening by 12 pm. (But we usually stay in to the night sewing!)
*The Granny B's Spring Retreat sale begins Wednesday, and continues through the weekend.
*Bring whatever you want to sew. We like to bring no brainers, kits, or UFO's so we are not doing serious cutting or piecing amidst lots of busy. Talking and laughing is a super part of retreat time as well as girl time, yet it can be distracting.
*There is a refrigerator in each room. Bring lunch and snack items. Many retreaters share so there are lots of choices. Any items reserved for you need to be clearly labeled. (We have breakfast & dinner provided. Breakfast the 9 -12 Dinner the 8 -11
*If you would like other soft drinks, juices, or coffee accompaniments, please be sure to pack what you prefer.
*Doesn't everyone love a door prize? If you have sewing items, stash items, etc. our tradition is to bring items and then we have a great prize selection!!!
*Greer Lodge rooms does not have towels, all rooms have queen beds so bring queen sheets and soap so you will need to bring your own as well as shampoo, hairdryers, phones or TVs. There are two beds in each room. Rooms will be assigned at retreat check in.
*At check out on Sunday clean your sewing area. Place your room key back on the correct hook on the room key board in the quilting room.
*Most importantly, bring no lists or chores. Be prepared for lots of relaxation and sewing. And be sure to pack that smile!
