Allow winter to slow you down in the best way. Make room for quiet stillness. Allow yourself to take a step back without the feeling of guilt. Embrace this season for what it’s meant to be; a season to retreat, not only into your home but also into yourself. Winter is a season for reflection, comfort and renewal.

What to expect: gratitude cacao ceremony, sharing circle, reflection through journaling, breath work, movement, and sound healing. Sistership circles are a place for women to reconnect with themselves while connecting with a loving, supportive, safe community.
