Start your weekend mindfully! Weβll meet indoors at the Dexter District Library, in the community room on the lower level. This one-hour meditation practice includes a 20-30 minute guided
meditation, a few minutes of silent meditation, followed by time for comments/questions and a discussion on a mindfulness topic. Feel free to stay for the discussion, or to leave as you wish.
There is ample space to spread out as you like.
Free, and no registration required. Whether you're brand-new to meditation or a seasoned veteran, you're invited! Mindful Dexter events are free and open to all.

We plan to offer seasonal sessions several times year instead of our usual thrice-monthly rhythm. This change reflects a natural slowing down and the evolving needs of our small organizing team. Weβll continue to post here on Facebook about future sessions several weeks in advance so that you can plan to join us if you are able.
Mindful Dexter events are guided by experienced mindfulness practitioners/facilitators. The sessions have no religious affiliation and are appropriate for beginners as well as experienced meditators.
