To start with a guided meditation Take a moment to pause, breathe, and then immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath.
This hour-long session is designed to relax your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling deeply rejuvenated.
Whether youβre new to sound healing or a regular participant, this is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself and let go of any stress or tension.
A sound bath is to calm the mind and lull you into a deep relaxed state, allowing your body to slip into a restorative state. Allowing yourself to be enrobed in these soothing sounds it can have many health benefits including lower blood pressure, balancing of the nervous system, reduced mind chatter/over thinking, and improved sleep quality. Some people also experience moments of clarity, find answers to blocks they are experiencing in their life, and find a new motivation and energy.
Sound Therapy works on your mind, body, emotions and soul providing a "whole self" cellular level workout.
Important Information:
This session is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with auditory epilepsy, or anyone with a pacemaker.
THE SESSION
Will start at 7.45pm please arrive ten minutes early so you have time to get settled and comfy. If you are late I cannot let you in, as it will interrupt the experience for others. π
β¨Bring a yoga/exercise mat
β¨Bring a cushion/pillow and blanket(s)
β¨Bring some water to drink
β¨Wear comfy warm clothes
Everyone is welcome π€ All you need to do is lay down and let the sound work its magic.
πΊIndividuals with sound-induced epilepsy, those with a pacemaker should not attend.
πΊplease note if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy sound therapy is not recommended

π Any under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
