Join me for a magical evening as the sun sets and the full moon rises for a gentle yoga flow and crystal meditation followed by a deeply restorative sound bath with Wendy Borror- all with the ocean as our backdrop. Stay afterward for intention setting and release ritual by the bonfire.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new, this all levels experience is designed to ground your energy, open your heart, an connect you to the rhythms of nature.
