Pilates in the immersive dome

Come along and enjoy an hour of mixed level Pilates with Cassie but with a difference!

The Dome provides a beautiful space and atmosphere allowing you to fully immerse yourself in an hour of You-time.

Suitable for all levels from the absolute beginner to the Pilates-wise, I really look forward to taking you through an hour of gentle movement, deep core connection, alignment, breathing and relaxation all under the stunning canopy of the Dome.... why not treat yourself to a cuppa from the lovely Cafe afterwards too!

Please bring a mat and a water bottle.
