This session offers space to listen to the body as it is — without trying to calm it, fix it, or move it toward a particular state.
We’ll begin with a short, guided orientation to support inward attention and body awareness, followed by the Gong Session.
There is nothing to achieve and no experience required. Whatever is present — ease, restlessness, stillness, or activation — is welcome.
After the session, you’re invited to stay for supper and gentle conversation if you wish, or leave quietly in your own time.
