85th Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,
We are pleased to announce the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Devonport Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc. which will take place at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 29 October 2025 at the paranaple Convention Centre.
The ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting is to:
1. Confirm the minutes of the last AGM
2. Receive reports on the activities of the Chamber during the financial year
3. Elect Officers Bearers of the Chamber and Ordinary Executive Members (one position available)
4. Appoint the Auditor

To be eligible to be an elected officer of the Chamber that person must have been a member of the Chamber for at least 12 months or accepted by three quarters (75%) of the Executive Committee.
