Winter Movement Medicine Morning - fully booked

A joyful morning of movement medicine comprising of yoga, music, meditation and deep relaxation.

The morning will begin with an hour of energising yoga. Followed by a session of restorative yoga, meditation and deep relaxation with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath to send you home energised and relaxed!

This is a morning for you to reset and reconnect with yourself in terms of your daily physical, mental and spiritual health. I shall provide you with tips, rituals and self-care routines to help you sit, stand, walk and move with ease through your journey in life.

£40 per person including yummy cupcakes by Hettys Vegan Bakery.
