TrackFit with Carly Pedersen and Alicia Lokken

Experience the best of outdoor fitness with TrackFit!! We'll start with a fun and challenging bodyweight strength circuit and then we'll hit the track and bleachers for a mix of running, intervals, and dynamic drills.
