FREE Meditation Hike in the Cuyamacas

Join us for a FREE 3.2 mile silent meditation hike in the Cuyamaca mountains! This hike begins at 11:30 am. All Trails considers this a moderate hike, there is a 1200 ft elevation gain. We will meet one mile north of Green Valley Campground at the Harvey Moore trailhead.

In addition to two meditation breaks, mid-way through the hike, we'll get a chance to chat in a lovely picnic setting. Bring your favorite packed lunch and plenty of water! Please note that parking is $10 cash.

After the hike, there's an option to stay for a 20 minute drum cricle in a shaded area adjacent to the parking lot. You may want to bring something to sit on and leave it in your car for after the hike.

Being in nature with community is a wonderful way to find our own inner peace.
