Join Frances Murphy, certified sound healer, for a very special guided sound bath in the sanctuary where the acoustics are amazing!
You will hear and feel the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, and other sound instruments "wash" over you.
Experience rest, relaxation, or a soothing meditative state. Allow the release of stuck energies or emotions as Frances plays the sound instruments. Everyone's experience is different, but most find it a form of stress relief.
These singing bowls are unique in that each bowl is crafted to resonate with the frequency of each chakra, offering you the opportunity for balancing energies and healing. You can choose to sit or lay down.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you prefer to lay down.
Some people like to bring eye masks as well.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to secure your spot and get comfortable.
