Day of Knowledge
Our one day Empowerment workshop series includes four one hour sessions titled Empowering Pre-teen girls, Promoting a Healthy Body image, All About Safety and Let’s Talk Puberty. Each session is led by female experts in their field. There will also be movement activities and a complimentary lunch. This is a unique opportunity to spend meaningful time one-on-one time with your pre-teen girl.
