join Stephie, E-RYT 500 Kripalu yoga facilitator, for a 75 minute restorative practice. the practice will include somatic movement and gentle postures supported by props to create the environment for rest and renewal. guided breathwork and meditation will be woven throughout the experience.
please bring a mat or towel and any props including pillows and blankets that may support your body and mind. some props will be available to use.
