Grand View University’s Our Grand Neighborhood and the Food Bank of Iowa are excited to host the second annual The Longest Table event Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 4:30–6:00 p.m.
This free community event is all about connection - neighbors, students, families, and local leaders gathering at one long table to share a meal and meaningful conversation. Together, we’ll strengthen community ties and talk about important topics like food security and neighborhood well-being.
At the table, you’ll have the chance to:
✨ Meet and connect with Grand View neighbors
✨ Share your voice in open dialogue about community challenges and opportunities
✨ Engage with East Side leaders committed to making a difference
